If you are interested in starting at Gold Rush Strength and Conditioning but have never done Strength Training before, then our Beginners course is for you!
We created this 3 session course to give someone who is new to this kind of training a basic understanding and instruction on the different movements.
Strength Training is for everyone and this course will give you the skills you need to attend our regularly scheduled Strength & Conditioning classes. We know walking into a new gym can be intimidating. This course is meant to slowly introduce you to our Training Methodology so you can walk into your first group class feeling confident and ready to take on the Workout of the Day (WOD).

Our beginners course is taught in a one on one setting, so you receive personalized training that cover all the basics of Strength and Conditioning to prepare you to safely hit the ground running in your first group class.
After completing the initial 3 private sessions, you’ll have 2 weeks of unlimited access to our Strength and Conditioning group classes. After which, you can select the membership plan that best suits your needs.
